If you like chewy, delicious, easy-to-make gingerbread then this one is for you! This YOMO gluten-free Gingerbread mix is not too sweet with only pure ingredients. Make it with butter or keep it vegan with a dairy-free spread – both options are delicious.
You can bake the gingerbread straight away or if you want to cut shapes you can put the dough in the fridge for 3 hours or even overnight. Then you roll the dough out between plastic or baking paper and cut out your shapes. Sounds like festive fun!
